A successful data project depends on many factors. In order for this to permeate through to every level for our customers, presentation is key and our performance is paramount. We plan to have more live demos and fewer buzzwords to prove that established expertise forms the basis of our actions.
Many aspects must be considered, for example data privacy, which enables the data to be released for use; the compatibility of the solution with other pre-existing solutions; IT security regarding implementation issues; and the marketing team accepting new tools. So it is vital that all stakeholders are on board from the very beginning and that we are brutally honest about the feasibility of the solution. As a result, we take a minimalistic approach to our presentation material, narrowing it down to the key facts. We also run through a number of live demos so that the customer understands what is actually behind the tool providers’ marketing buzzwords.
We use agile methods for the implementation so that we can constantly coordinate with one another.
